Our terms and conditions apply to all transactions on the LoveFrom (owned and operated by Father Christmas Ltd - A UK registered company) website and are set out below. Please read through these carefully before placing your order and print a copy for future reference. By using this site you accept the following conditions.

1. We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.
2. Delivery charges and estimated time-scales are specified in the Ordering & Delivery section. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time-scales, however delays are occasionally inevitable.
3. The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time you place your order in pounds sterling.
4. Payment can be made by any method specified at the checkout section. We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.
5. The contract between us shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
6. We offer a 16 Day Money Back Guarantee. In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged goods.
7. Where detailed all sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible. On the unlikely occasion that there is an error, we will advise you about it as soon as possible.
8. We've selected our products on the basis that they will be used for domestic use only, if you are planning to use them for business purposes please make sure that you are satisfied they meet the criteria and demands appropriate for such use.
9. Although extremely unlikely, occasionally a Love Letter can indeed get "lost in the post". We are not able to offer refunds in such circumstances. However, if it is not appropriate to issue a duplicate Love Santa Letter you agree that because we use a 3rd party contractor - in most cases Royal Mail 1st Class- we cannot be liable for non/late-delivery. This is to prevent false claims and keeps costs of the letters to a minimum. This is excludes all orders where Specials Delivery Signed For is selected. In which case a full refund will be given.
10. Your right to cancel. Under the Consumer Protection (distance selling) Regulations LoveFrom acknowledges that you, as a consumer, have a right to cancel within 7 days of receipt of goods. Excluding Love Letters and other personalised products/services we offer.
